What gets counted?
Agent decisions
A turn, commit, spawn, truncation, or completed wait counts as one durable decision.
Effects
An effect is a call to a model, tool, API, database, or sandbox. Each call counts once; automatic recovery retries are free. Managed-resource rates such as web search and sandbox time are separate.
Sandbox time
Your Agent runs outside the sandbox. If it does not use sandbox-backed tools, you pay $0 for sandbox usage.
Map-reduce partitions
Constal splits large datasets into smaller batches that run in parallel. Each completed batch counts as one partition; retries are free.
